The New Constitution of 2022

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for the people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the Earth the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident; that all people are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these rights are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That, to secure and protect these rights, governments are instituted by us, deriving their just powers only from the consent of the governed — That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right and duty of the people to alter or abolish it, and to Institute in its place a new government, lying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to ensure their safety and happiness.

Wisdom, indeed, will dictate that governments long ago established should not be changed for menial infactions; and accordingly, as experience has shown, that mankind are more inclined to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, rather than to right themselves by abolishing the systems to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and indignations, made so obvious in their intention, to reduce them under absolute tyranny and despotism - it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such government, and provide new guards for their future security.

• Such has been the patient sufferance of our citizens; and as such it is now the necessity which forces us to alter this system of government. The history of the present federal government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, gradually worsening until we are here today; on the brink of a totalarian governorship that aims to strip us down to mere commodities, less than people, to be categorized and tracked in every faucet of our day, and all having a direct object to the establishment of an absolute tyranny over law abiding citizens.
• To prove this, let facts be submitted truthfully to the world:

They have refused to abide by their own laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

They have meddled in his Governors abilities to run their state and attempted to prevent the passing of laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless subjected firstly to many judicial proceedings that had no standing against states rights to have been challenged fairly.

He has attempted to unseat states constitutionally given rights to self govern, and impeded on them his will.

He has attempted to pass laws for the legislature, a right Inestimable to them is formidable to tyrants only.

He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, Secretive from the people, and distant from the depository of their public records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing and confusing them into compliance with his measures.

He has willfully and with malicious intent lied to the citizens about levels of involvement, to the demise of our trust and true democracy.

He has ignored representative houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions, without just cause, on the rights of the people.

He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; he has petitioned politically for candidates on citizens dime, and has continuously refused to acknowledge the citizens grievances regarding fraudulent activity in our supposed free elections.

He has endeavoured strict refusal to preserve the population of these states; for that purpose ignoring the laws of immigration of foreigners; refusing to protect and secure our national borders and has encouraged overwhelming, dangerous migrations.

He has obstructed the administration of justice, by refusing his assent to laws for establishing to judiciary powers, and using them as a tool to attack political rivals.

He has made judges dependent on his will alone, for the tenure of their offices, depending on what political party they side with.

He has erected a multitude of new unwarranted and unnecessary offices, and sent hither swarms of agents to harass our people, and scare them with threats of prison terms, financial ruin and bankruptcy of their businesses to prevent them from voicing their opinions.

He has kept among us, in times of peace, standing armies without the consent of our citizens.

He has prevented the God given rights of our citizens from gainful employment and earning money based on unscientific and unreasonable whims.

He has allowed the personal enrichment of himself, his family and friends at the sake of our countries security, and our citizens freedoms.

He has willingly endangered our national security, and affected to render our military obsolote by forcing, without exception, the entirety of our armed forces get experimential, non approved, non tested drugs; or else risk court Marshall and personal ruin.

He has conspired with others to subject us to laws foreign to our Constitution.

For, after forcibly ending our specially trained employees jobs; based on unconstitutional, overreaching directives disgused as health care, and in their place using our soldiers.

For using our tax funds to pay for the training of these soldiers, to take our jobs. For using our tax funds in ways that are actively determential to our stability and well being, in direct violation of the constitution.

For protecting themselves by mock trials from punishment for any murders which they should commit on the citizens of these states, and any illegal, treasonous dealings.

For using Federal Agents to illegally investigate political opponents and citizens.

For illegal wiretapping and harsh, unjust prison terms for violations of absurd law that serve no purpose for the good of the public, but instead seem to only further the benefits of said govt.

For doing away with all competitive business for the government contracts.

For purposefully cutting off our trade with all parts of the world.

For allowing young, fighting age men refugees from enemy countries onto our active military commanded bases, and for allowing them to keep, without question and against our laws, their child brides.

For cutting off our right to freely travel unmolested and without hindrance.

For imposing more and more taxes on us, without our consent, and without true representation in the legislature.

For quietly passing laws hidden in huge bills that will severely impact our way of life and happiness.

For attempting to prevent the rights of its citizens to be free from unnecessary government surveillance.

For ignoring our constitutionally protected rights for a redress of grievances, instead imprisoning us without bail, subjecting us to cruel and inhumane punishments, and denying us our right to a lawyer.

For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of a fair trial by jury. For using our own family members, by way of manipulation, as witness at trial, against us in our own home.

For segregation and prejudice of healthy citizens to be tried for pretended health issues that they don't suffer from.

For forcing the citizens to subject themselves to experimental and dangerous medical procedures against their will.

For using the population to test gene altering injections, most of on our children, and giving the company liability protections from lawsuits.

For allowing private companies to personally enrich themselves with a product that the people of the United States fully funded.

For denying the people of the United States the right of patent for products that they funded entirely.

For abolishing the free system of English laws of the individual states.

For collecting direct tax in violation of the constitution, and spending the people's money on things that have no bearing on their life, that they actively disagree with, and that will be of no benefit to them, or sending it overseas.

For taking away our inalienable rights, abolishing our most valuable laws and altering fundamentally the forms of our governments.

For suspending our own legislatures and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever, without a vote from the people.

He has abdicated government here, by declaring us wrongly as disease ridden, thus out of his protection and actively Waging a silent War against us.

He has plundered our businesses, ravaged our economy, allowed our towns to burn and destroyed the lives of our people.

He is at this time allowing the import of large armies of possible foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny already began with circumstances of Cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages and totally unworthy the head of a Civilized Nation.

He has constrained our fellow citizens taken prisoner for daring to protest his right or even ability to rule, and is forcing fellow citizens soon to turn against their country to become The Executioner’s of their once friends and brethren or to fall themselves by his hands.

He has used federal agents, paid for by us, to incite domestic insurrections amongst our protests, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of the country of our long enemies, under the guise of refugees.

He has allowed the sanctity of this country and the global respect earned over centuries to crumble almost overnight, by the above reasons, and by more - too vast to list.

In every stage of these oppressions we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury, mockery, and disregard. A system whose character is thus marked by Every Act which may Define a tyrant, is unfit to be ruler of a free people.

Nor have we been wanting in attention to our certain state leaders, we have warned them from time to time of attempts by the legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us, we have reminded them of the circumstances of our constituionally given rights here, we have appealed to their supposed reason, and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations which would inevitably interrupt our connections; in their lack of correspondence they too have been deaf to the voice of Justice of consanguinity. We must therefore acquiesce in the necessity which denounces our separation and hold them as we hold the rest of mankind- enemies in War and, Peace, friends.

We, therefore, the representative citizens of the United States of America, assembled appealing to the Supreme judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do in the name in and by the authority of the good people of these states, emancipate ourself from the tyranny of an unjust system, and solemnly publish and declare that these United States are and of right ought to be free and independent states, that we are absolved from all allegiance to the Federal Government, which has proven to no longer hold our constitutionally protected rights or well being properly, and that all political and financial connection between them and the citizens ought to be totally dissolved, and that as free independent states, we each have full power to contract alliances, protect our borders, establish commerce and to do all other acts and things which Independence States may of right do, amongst ourselves and under the will and directive of the people.

And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other Our lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.
